From Our Family to Yours

Pamili Saus is more than just a sauce, it’s a blend of culture, tradition, and togetherness. Created by Winnie Bisslik, who is of Indonesian descent, this creamy favorite was first made to share at home with family and close friends. The name Pamili, meaning “family” in Indonesian, reflects its heartfelt beginnings. After seeing how much everyone loved it, Winnie’s son, Davy Bisslik, was inspired to bring the sauce beyond their home and share it with others. Now, every dip of Pamili Saus carries that same sense of warmth and connection, perfect for bringing people together around the table.

We believe our Pamili Saus lovers deserve to know what goes into the sauce they can’t get enough of. Our homemade recipe (© Pamili Saus) is crafted with a carefully balanced mix of simple, high-quality ingredients that come together to create that signature flavor everyone loves.

Each batch is made with:
Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Parsley, Silverskin Onions, Garlic, Salt, and Sugar.

Pamili Saus was originally made to pair with the fresh seafood at Zeerovers Restaurant and it still does that perfectly. But to our surprise (and delight), our own customers began discovering just how versatile this sauce really is.

From that came our slogan: “Tasty with Every Meal”, or as we say in Papiamento, “Dushi cu tur cuminda.”
